Washington, D.C. – Former Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore will testify before Congress next week. He's expected to discuss his 10 Commandments fight with Senators. That fight ultimately led to Moore's removal from office last year. The Congressional session will focus on hostility to public religious expression. Moore has argued that federal courts have overstepped their jurisdiction in forbidding the acknowledgment of God. He'll testify before the Senate Judiciary subcommittee on Tuesday.
