Tuscaloosa, AL – The Iron Bowl will be played in Tuscaloosa this weekend, and thousands of football fans have already traveled to Tuscaloosa. And, as usual, many of them are looking to buy or sell tickets. This year, local authorities are issuing a warning. They say they information that some people may try to sell counterfeit Iron Bowl tickets. Authorities have issued a warning that tickets purchased from sources other than Auburn University or the University of Alabama may NOT be valid and will NOT be honored at the gate. Police officers will be assigned to Bryant-Denny Stadium Saturday to monitor the situation.
