Red Lake Shootings Highlight Grim Life on Reservations

Members of the Chippewa community in Red Lake, Minn., have begun attending funerals for the nine victims of the recent school shootings. On Sunday, a young tribe member was arrested in connection with the killings. NPR's Ed Gordon discusses the impact on the Native American community with Jacqueline Johnson, Director of the National Congress of American Indians; Winona LaDuke, director of Honor the Earth, and Pat Ragsdale, Director at the Bureau of Indian Affairs in Washington, D.C.
