Montgomery, AL – The Alabama Lawyers Hall of Fame inducted its first class Friday in Montgomery. The Alabama State Bar created the hall of fame to honor Alabama lawyers who have already died. The new members are Albert John Farrah, who was dean of the University of Alabama law school for 32 years; U-S Circuit Judge Frank Johnson, whose rulings had considerable impact on the state; Annie Lola Price, who was the first woman to serve as an appellate court judge in the state; and Birmingham civil rights attorney Arthur Shores.
