Mobile, AL – Roy Moore is traveling the state as an official candidate for governor. Tuesday was the first of a two day trek across Alabama. Moore says he has some ideas about relieving the state's budget problems. He says he'd remove waste and fraud from the political process, and Moore says revenue could be moved from the education fund to the General Fund. He also says the statehouse needs to reign in its spending practices. Even though some of his ideas for controlling spending may be considered unpopular, Moore says he'd be able to pass them if state voters put more of his supporters in the state legislature.
