Montgomery, AL – Governor Bob Riley delivered the State of the State address from Montgomery Tuesday night (1/10) to a statewide audience. His plan includes tax breaks, education spending, and strengthening punishment for crimes against children. Butler Cain reports on some of the items on Governor Riley's legislative agenda.
