Warehouse Fire Investigation Continues

By Alabama Public Radio

Tuscaloosa, AL – Police and fire officials in Tuscaloosa will meet with federal agents today to continue investigating a local warehouse fire. The warehouse contains Christian apparel. Police Chief Ken Swindle says two drivers were early witnesses to it. One was trying to fight the fire. That person has already been questioned. Swindle also says the second driver left and may have videotaped the fire. Swindle says if that's true, the tape could contain evidence, and police want it. There are no fire suspects at this time, and the police chief says there's no word yet on the cause of the fire. Investigators are expected to begin examining the debris today.
