Montgomery AL – State Auditor Beth Chapman is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction of voter fraud in next week's runoff. Chapman, who is running for Secretary of State, also offered up to two $5,000 rewards for anyone with information on voter fraud in the June 6 primary. There were complaints regarding a high number of absentee balloting in some Black Belt counties. Federal poll watchers were on hand for the primaries in some of those areas.
