Doubts Raised About Karr's Confession

By Alabama Public Radio

Bangkok, Thailand – Doubt continues to swirl around the confession of murder suspect John Karr. He has said he killed JonBenet Ramsey, but he has said other things that have raised a lot of questions about his involvement. Now, a Thai immigration police official is changing part of his account about what Karr, who is from Hamilton, Alabama, told interrogators. The police official quoted Karr as saying that he had given Ramsey drugs. But no drugs were found in her system. Today, the official backed away from that statement, saying Karr told him that it may have been drugs and that everything was a blur.
