Flomaton, AL – Alabama and Florida have entered a multi-million dollar partnership. The two states are sharing the cost of a highway expansion project designed to get Floridians out of harm's way during a hurricane. But there is a pay off of sorts expected for south Alabama. Alabama Public Radio's Chris Newbold has the story.
