Morning Storms Claim Life of Leeds Woman

Birmingham, AL – The violent weather that raced across Alabama early today was blamed for killing a woman in the Leeds area.

Authorities said a tree fell on a trailer, killing the occupant. Police declined to release the victim's name.

According to a storm report from the National Weather Service Office in Birmingham, the victim lived on Henry Ellen Road in Leeds.
