Montgomery, AL – Gov. Bob Riley has picked two people to fill vacancies in his Cabinet.
Riley chose Marquita Davis to be commissioner of the Department of Children's Affairs. She previously ran the state's Office of School Readiness.
Riley chose Jim Ridling of Montgomery to be commissioner of the state Insurance Department. Ridling is the former president and CEO of Southern Guaranty.
