Tuscaloosa, AL – Since 1994, Alabama has had a law in place requiring all convicted felons to submit a DNA sample. But that could soon change. A bill currently making its way through the state legislature would allow for a DNA sample to be taken from everyone arrested and charged with a felony or sexual offense after October 2010. Alabama Public Radio's Ryan Vasquez reports.
