It's another day of cleaning up from the Hangout Festival on Alabama's coast.
The three-day music festival on the beach at Gulf Shores ended Sunday night, but city spokesman Grant Brown says the work continues to get rid of all signs of the show.
That cleanup includes taking down nine stages and rolling up miles of cable at the festival site, where thousands of people partied all weekend.
Brown tells WKRG-TV that officials will assess the progress during a walk through on Wednesday, and all the beaches should be back to normal and open to the public on Thursday.
That's important since Memorial Day weekend starts the summer vacation season on the coast, pumping millions of dollars into both the regional and state economies.
