Lawmaker: White House Concealed Scope of Halliburton Contract

Rep. Henry Waxman (D-CA) charges the Bush administration with hiding the details of a postwar-Iraq oil contract awarded to a subsidiary of the Halliburton Corp., formerly run by Vice President Dick Cheney.
