Polk County, Fla., in the center of the state, is the only U.S. county on record to have been hit by three hurricanes in one season. NPR's Melissa Block tours a Polk County orange grove damaged by hurricanes Charley, Frances and Jeanne. She also visits a disaster recovery center set up by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and explores how the hurricanes are affecting this election season.
