Birmingham, AL – Former HealthSouth C-E-O Richard Scrushy will be featured on the C-B-S news program "60 Minutes" Sunday night. The interview will air just days before Scrushy is expected to testify before the House Energy and Commerce Committee. The committee is investigating massive accounting fraud at HealthSouth. Federal investigators accuse the company of inflating profits by more than two-point-five billion dollars to meet analyst expectations. Scrushy's attorneys say he will invoke his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination and will not answer the committee's questions.
