Moundville Archaeological Park will host its 27th Native American festival October 7th through the 10th. APR’s Jennifer Olson reports how you can get in on all the historic fun…

Come experience what National Geographic calls the "Big Apple of the 14th Century". This weekend, Moundville Archaeological Park will host their 27th Native American Festival. Staff of the park predicts record-breaking attendance for this year’s festival of just over 13,000 guests. The festival this year will feature Native American Music award winning artist, Pura Fé, along with the band, Ingenuity. Native American games, an arts market and traditional foods will be available for all ages to enjoy! For more information on this historic homecoming visit Moundville.ua.edu. For APR News, I’m Jennifer Olson, reporting in Tuscaloosa.
