Moore Ruling Expected This Morning

Montgomery, AL – A decision from a state judicial panel will issue a ruling at 11 this morning on the fate of suspended Cief Justice Roy Moore, who stands accused of ethics violations.
Moore went on trial yesterday for refusing to obey a federal judge's order to remove his Ten Commandments monument from public view in the state judicial building. After Moore refused to remove the religous marker, he was suspended and charged with violating judicial ethics. The prosecution and the defense presented their cases yesterday in Montgomery.
One of Moore's attorney's, Mike Jones, says the Chief Justice did not violate judicial ethics Canons because he disobeyed an illegal court order. John Gibbs with Attorney General Bill Pryor's office says Moore senta dangerous message to public by deliberately disobeying the order.
