Alabama Prison system hands over materials to DOJ

More details are coming out on the DOJ investigation of Alabama’s prison system. The Justice Department says the Alabama Department of Corrections turned over documents related to use of force and sexual abuse by DOC staff. The DOJ says it believes Alabama is violating the constitutional rights of male inmates by housing them in violent and unsanitary prisons.
