NPR Senior News Analyst Daniel Schorr observes that Vice Admiral John Poindexter (ret.) has come in from the cold. A key figure in the Iran-Contra scandal during the Reagan administration, Poindexter has been brought back to head the Total Information Awareness project in the Pentagon's Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
