IRS Form 990 Compliance:

Alabama Public Radio was not required to file an IRS Form 990 during the current fiscal year based on the following criteria:

• No employees received reportable compensation of more than $100,000 from the organization or any related organization.
• No independent contractor received more than $100,000 of compensation from the organization.
