Florence, AL – University of North Alabama President Robert Potts is considering an offer to become chancellor of North Dakota's higher education system.
Potts plans to meet with the University of North Alabama's board of trustees before making a final decisionr. Vice President of the North Dakota State Board of Higher Education, Bruce Christianson, says Potts has excellent credentials and has been offered a salary higher than the previous chancellor. The previous chancellor earned 168 thousand dollars a year.
There are 11 public colleges in North Dakota's university system.
