Dothan Pranks Bring in Fire Officials

By Alabama Public Radio

Dothan, AL – Dothan firefighters and law enforcement officers will make their presence known around Dothan High School after a series of arson attempts and false fire alarms. Fire crews will be stationed at the school until the end of the school year Thursday. Dothan Fire Marshal Eddie Munn says there have been four fire-related incidents at the school, as well as 15 to 20 pulled fire alarms since April. Munn says investigators have made no arrests and have no suspects. A $1,500 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest.
