Bismarck, ND – Former University of North Alabama President Robert Potts has resigned as chancellor of the North Dakota University System. He held the job two years before submitting his resignation on June 30th. He officially ended his term as chancellor last Friday, saying North Dakota State University President Joseph Chapman tried to undermine his effectiveness during the past year. Potts will be paid almost 200-thousand dollars during the next 11 months to be on call as a consultant.
