Baxley Continues Rehab in Hospital

Montgomery, AL – Public Service Commission President Lucy Baxley is at a rehabilitation hospital in Montgomery, recovering from a hairline fracture of her pelvis.

Baxley's spokeswoman, Lisa Parrish, said Friday that Baxley is working hard and making good progress at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital.

Baxley was injured in a fall on Thanksgiving at her daughter's home in Birmingham. Parrish says Baxley moved from Jackson Hospital in Montgomery to HealthSouth on Tuesday.
