Ala. Senate Majority Leader Pleads Guilty To DUI

Birmingham, AL – Senate Majority Leader Zeb Little has pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and having an open liquor container in his car.

Little appeared Monday morning in Jefferson County district court. Judge Sheldon Watkins fined the Democrat from Cullman $625 and gave him a 30-day suspended sentence.

Little will also lose his license for 90 days. The judge dismissed charges of having an expired driver's license and failing to yield to an emergency vehicle.
