Playing For Change Comes To Birmingham

Tuscaloosa, AL – Music fans in the Birmingham area will soon get a chance to hear something truly international. The group called Playing for Change believes through the power of music that we can come togehter as a planet. The band is comprised of musicians from all over the world and they'll be in Brimingham tonight (Oct. 19th) Alabama Public Radio's Ryan Vasquez recently had a chance to talk to Grammy-winning producer and creator of Playing for Change, Mark Johnson. He discussed how the movement was started and what to expect whey they come to Alabama.
