Birmingham, AL – Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain is planning two days of campaigning in Alabama.
Officials with the state Republican Party and with Cain's campaign say the Georgia businessman will be in Alabama on Oct. 28-29. Cain is scheduled to speak Oct. 28 in Talladega at 11 a.m. and in Birmingham at 1:30 p.m. Then he will go by the state Republican Party headquarters in Birmingham to register for Alabama's presidential primary.
On Oct. 29, he will be in Tuscaloosa at 10:30 a.m. to speak to the West Alabama Republican Assembly and in Huntsville at 7 p.m. to address the Alabama Federation of Republican Women. Officials say other stops are being planned.
Cain was last in Alabama in July.
Alabama's primary is March 13.
