Mobile Bay faces stormwater Flooding...again

Heavy rains are causing flooding in southwest Alabama as remnants of Hurricane Patricia move across the northern Gulf Coast. The National Weather Service says as much as 4 inches of rain already has fallen in the area, and another 2 inches is possible. Part of the Alabama Public Radio's year long examination of the state's water supply and the health of our rivers focused on the threat of storm water runoff to Mobile Bay.
