The father of a University of Alabama student has settled a lawsuit against the man accused of raping the student, leading to her suicide.

Rondini's daughter Megan killed herself eight months after accusing Bunn of rape, who said they had consensual sex. A Tuscaloosa grand jury did not indict Bunn on criminal charges after Megan's accusation.

Details of the settlement between Michael Rondini and T.J. Bunn Jr. have not been disclosed, according to the Tuscaloosa News. The settlement came during court-ordered meditation three days before the trial over the lawsuit had been scheduled.
