State Dept. Warns Uzbekistan on Human Rights Record

NPR's Ivan Watson reports from Uzbekistan on allegations of widespread human rights abuses in the central Asian nation. The U.S. Department of State recently threatened to withdraw aid if the former Soviet Republic does not clean up its record.
