Dr. Ian Smith: African-Americans and Dementia

Civil rights pioneer Rosa Parks has a severe mental impairment known as dementia. Dr. Ian Smith, columnist for Men's Health magazine and The New York Daily News, discusses dementia with NPR's Tavis Smiley.
