Montgomery, AL – The Alabama Emergency Management Agency is asking residents and property owners to stay out of storm-damaged areas in Baldwin County. State E-M-A spokesperson Scott Adcock says many roads are still impassable because of downed power lines, trees and other debris. He says storm surge also has damaged some roads and streets. Adcock says cleanup and damage assessments continue in some of the hardest hit communities -- Gulf Shores, Fort Morgan, Orange Beach and Dauphin Island. Those areas still don't have electricity or water service.
