Wounded Al. Soldier in Germany Hospital

Columbus, MS – National Guard officials say a wounded West Alabama soldier will be transported to an Army hospital in Germany. Staff Sergeant Tommy Little of Aliceville was injured Tuesday when a roadside bomb exploded near his vehicle in Iraq. Four other Mississippi soldiers were injured in that attack as well. Mississippi Army National Guard spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Tim Powell says the five were members of the 155th Brigade Combat Team.
