Birmingham, AL – One of downtown Birmingham's more visible vacant buildings is going from military surplus to a production studio. Intermark Group advertising and public relations firm and Corporate Realty Development have purchased the former Rogers Trading building. Space on the ground floor will be used for Intermark's Vazda Studios and office space on the second floor for other firms. The $5.3 million project will give Vazda 20,000 square feet for its offices and studio space. Corporate Realty plans to renovate the 20,000 square feet on the upper floors to create space for one large or up to three smaller office tenants.
