Montgomery, AL – There are a few people who have spent decades in the Alabama Senate, and they've never had to face an election. They're the ones who keep things running smoothly for state legislators, and as you can imagine, they have a few stories to tell. Gina Smith spoke with a few of them to learn about the lore -- and lure -- of the state Senate.
