Mobile, AL – The Heart Gallery Alabama traveling exhibit features photographs of 30 children in Alabama who are in foster care and waiting to be adopted. A team leader for Alabama Post Adoption Connections in Mobile, says the idea for the exhibit is that people interested in adoption will see one of the children and then follow up with how to go about adopting a child. Organizers also hope the exhibit will enlighten people about adoption and how the process works. Several organizations will be on hand to answer questions, along with adoption placement agencies, adoptive families and adoptees. The photo exhibit begins May fifth at the Eastern Shore Art Center in Fairhope.
