Officials Deal with Animal Evacuations During Hurricane Gustav

Tuscaloosa, Al – When natural disasters occur, one often overlooked detail of an evacuation plan is what to do with the family pet. This weekend when Hurricane Gustav prompted mandatory evacuations, thousands of pet owners had to decide what to do with their animals. Reporter Alisa Beckwith-Ayilliath takes a look at how many animal owners have dealt with the problem.
