Talladega, AL – The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools has decided to keep Talladega College on probation for another year. SACS reports the college has failed to meet one core requirement for resources. SACS also was concerned the school failed to meet a federal requirement regarding student assistance. Fundraising has been a top priority for Talladega College President Oscar Prater, and school officials say they hope they can remove their probationary status by the final review. That's scheduled for next December.
