Good morning. I'm Steve Inskeep.

Police dogs across Ohio discovered their skills are obsolete. The dogs were trained to sniff out marijuana, and the state no longer needs their services now that Ohio has legalized recreational pot. Apparently, it's too hard to retrain them to sniff out other drugs, which means the state will have to pay for new dogs, while the old ones are free to wander off into retirement and, if they so choose, light up a big one.
