eBay rejects GameStop's proposed $55 billion deal to combine companies

The online marketplace eBay rejected an offer by GameStop to combine the two companies in a cash and stock deal valued at $55 billion, calling the bid “neither credible nor attractive.”

Roben Farzad, host of the podcast, Full Disclosure, joins us to discuss why GameStop wants to buy eBay, an offer that is befuddling many on Wall Street.
