Fall Fort Morgan Bird Banding Event
Banding Coalition of the Americas (an Orange Beach, AL based organization) is hosting a family-friendly public bird banding event. Witness migrating birds being banded by Federally-licensed banders and safely released. Some birds are presented to visitors to see up close and photograph. Volunteers answer questions about migration, species and more. Fort Morgan charges an entrance fee for the site but it is free to attend the banding.
