How the ACLU is responding to SCOTUS decision to uphold birthright citizenship

The Supreme Court has struck down President Trump’s executive order seeking to end birthright citizenship.

Anthony Romero, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union, joins Here & Now‘s Indira Lakshmanan. The ACLU brought the class-action lawsuit the ended up before the Supreme Court.
