Birmingham, AL – Another gasoline survey shows prices decreased for most of last month. Triple-A Alabama reports regular unleaded averaged about a dollar-83 earlier this week. Midgrade fuels were around a dollar-96, and premium gas was averaging two-dollars-three cents. The Triple-A survey also found the prices were up about a half-cent from Monday. Birmingham is still the leading metro area for the least expensive gasoline. A gallon of regular costs about a dollar-82 there. Huntsville has the most expensive gas with regular averaging a dollar-85.
