Washington, DC – When Congress is out of session, Democratic Alabama Representative Artur Davis usually spends his time traveling around the state's Seventh Congressional District talking with students or visiting community centers. But his schedule is quite different when the House of Representatives meets during the middle of the week in Washington, D.C. Chad Pergram recently shadowed Davis for a look at what Davis does when Congress is in session.
