Montgomery, AL – The Alabama Criminal Justice Information Center met on the issue on October 25th, but are holding another because proper notice wasn't given about that meeting. The center supported blocking victims' personal information and other details from public view on police reports. The commission posted a notice of the meeting on the secretary of state's Web site five days before commissioners met, but the new state Open Meeting Acts requires state agencies to give seven days' notice online prior to their meetings. The new commission meeting has been set for November 15th.
