Huntsville, AL – The Tennessee Valley may get some snow or even freezing rain Thursday. National Weather Service meteorologists are tracking a storm system that's moving toward Alabama. It's predicted to combine with a cold front. That will create a chance of snow or freezing rain across north Alabama. Some forecasting models suggest there's at least a 50 percent chance. However, a Weather Service meteorologist says it's tough to know exactly what will happen.
