Ex-Presidents Announce Hurricane Grants

Undated – Former Presidents George Bush and Bill Clinton announced grants worth 90 million dollars will go to help hurricane victims and schools. Bush and Clinton appeared before an audience of about 400 at the University of New Orleans. The grants include 30 million dollars for higher education institutions. Another 40 million dollars will be divided among the three states hardest hit by Katrina -- Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. About 20 million dollars will go to faith-based organizations.
