Montgomery, AL – FEMA said in a statement Thursday January 11th is also the deadline for returning applications for assistance from the US Small Business Administration. The counties covered by the government's disaster declaration include Baldwin, Choctaw, Clarke, Greene, Hale, Marengo, Mobile, Pickens, Sumter, Tuscaloosa and Washington.
